Yes. Monthly pricing plans have no long term contracts and can be cancelled at any time. Simply change the number of paid students to update the monthly total.Can I add all my teammates for free?
Yes. There is no cost to add teammates and better serve your families. We provide free, personalized training to ensure you and your team are good to go.How can I customize the user experience?
Set custom permissions for your teammates so they receive just the right level of access. Control student visibility and editing. For example, hide an entire college list and suggestions tab or just certain colleges from their applications, such as colleges not accepted to. Even select which actions a student can take, such as delete, add, rank or commit on college list.I understand you have free counselor resources?
Yes. Counselors can create a company or high school to manage personal lists. These college lists can be shared and used as tags to filter search.How do you protect my information?
The database has real-time standby replicas to prevent any data loss between nightly backups on Amazon AWS. Multiple application servers are deployed for redundancy. A firewall protects unauthorized server access and SSL encryption keeps data safe and secure with an Amazon root level certificate.
